We are holding this event at a Hampton Inn & Suites, in the suburbs of Montreal. The hotel has free parking and a pool. The pandemic has eliminated the free airport shuttle. The hotel is about five kilometres from a shopping centre having restaurants, and slightly farther from a large indoor shopping mall that has a food court. There is a nearby hotel within walking distance that has a restaurant and bar.
